List a taxpayer in the Peppol Directory

List the taxpayer (x-ae-taxpayer-id) in the public Peppol
Directory. Set a Business Card first (PUT /taxpayers/business-card); the
Directory pulls it from our SMP when indexing.

Taxpayer ID (txpay_…) that granted your organization access. Required with an organization API key; optional with a taxpayer access token, which already names its taxpayer. Use the taxpayer ID, not its TIN.

Grant ID (tgr_…) to act through, with an organization API key. The request then has exactly that grant's scopes and fails once the grant is revoked. Without it, the key acts through all of the organization's active grants on the taxpayer.
